Today’s prompt is captivating . The prompt was chosen by Wendy. I had a busy but fun day of shopping and lunch in the ‘big’ city, so my offering is brief. Still, my new plant had a blossom when we brought it home that bloomed overnight. When I went out and caught. Whiff of the magnificent scent coming from it, I was truly enchanted. The best word to describe these amazing tropical plants is simply captivating. But… I’ll let you decide.

Then there was this little guy. My very favorite tropical bird around here, the Red Legged Honeycreeper, a distant relative of the hummingbird.
